- I think Harper is doing a reasonable job considering he has the hounds at his back all the time. I did not vote for hime but so far I have been pleasantly surprised, he seems like he is really in control in Ottawa. It is a nice change to hear a Prime Minister take a position and state it clearly.
Someone once said that over the long run it is not so important if your decision was right or wrong but most important that you made decisions in a timely manner.
As you can always correct a mistake if you catch it early on but to leave things to fester is worse..
So at least Harper seems able to make decisions not like Paul Martin. - I believe that Mr. Harper has completely out maneuvered all other politic parties here in Canada. To transform a minority government into an artificial majority is just unbelievably difficult. This man deserves full marks for his honesty, planning and leadership.
- I would never vote for a man who shows hiimself, each time he rises in the House, to be unable to resist the petty , sarcastic comment. He needs to show some statesmanship, not manipulation and meanness before he will get my vote
- Stephen Harper is a mean. manulipulative control freak - just imagine what our country would be like if he had a majority!!!!
